1. CARE International in Palestine ( West Bank and Gaza ) is an international , nonprofit , organization committed to fighting global poverty and delivering emergency aid in times of humanitarian crisis .
2. CARE International in Palestine ( West Bank and Gaza ) would like to invite for a sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers who are officially registered locally in the field of medical supplies / Chiller - Air conditioning system and who have past experience in supplying delivering and installing medical equipment / Chiller - air conditioning system to Jerusalem Hospitals in accordance with the terms and conditions presented within the tender .
3. The medical equipment / Air condition system will be delivered directly to the assigned Hospitals in Jerusalem . Given that , the supplier is fully responsible for all required procedures and costs to supply , deliver , install and handover the equipment , and in accordance to the tender terms and conditions , Bill of Quantities ( BOQs ) and rates . 4. Suppliers may quote for any item in the BOQs under this invitation , given that all items within BOQ MUST be priced individually .
Each item will be evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest responsive price supplier . Given that , CARE International in Palestine ( West Bank and Gaza ) has the right to increase / decrease the quantities without any additional cost or drop any or all quantities mentioned in the BOQ in this tender , and / or to award each item / BOQ totally or partially . 5. All interested suppliers can obtain a copy of the tender documents during the official working hours ( 9:00 am - 3:00 pm ) from Thursday , September 22nd 2022 till Wednesday , October 5th 2022 , In the address presented below .
6. Deadline for Bids Submission
On or before Wednesday , October 5th 2022 pm
Note : Late bids will be rejected
Bid Security
Value : 5 % of total bid price .
Validity : from Wednesday , October 5th 2022 , to January , 6th 2023 Format : Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee or certified cheques . Cash or personal cheques are not accepted .
