German Palestinian Police Partnership Program ( GPPP ) Call for proposals : Consultancy to support the Ger man - Palestinian Police Partnership Program - " E - learning Development "

The German Palestinian Police Partnership Program ( GPPP ) , implemented by the German Corporation for Inter - national Cooperation ( GIZ ) in the Palestinian Terri tories and funded by the German Federal Foreign Office ( AA ) , aims to Improve capacities of police to carry out professional and citizens - oriented policing .
Within this context , GPPP seeks qualified locally registered service providers to carry out this assignment , and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for providing needed services .
