1. The National Society for the visually handicapped has received financing from Lions Club International ( LCIF ) toward the cost of supplying a Braille printer . 2. The two parties are working to emphasize the right to education for the visually impaired children and youth within the Palestinian community .
3. Therefore , the Lions Club - Palestine and the National Society now invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supplying a Braille printer machine for an estimated delivery period of one month .
4. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents , and this bid ding is open to all bidders as defined in the National Procurement Regulations 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The National Society for the Visually Handicapped - Al - Shurooq School for the Blind ) , and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from 29 / 9 / 2022-14 / 10 / 2022 ..
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below and upon payment of a non refundable fee 50 dollars .
7. Grant is VAT excluded , bidders to price without VAT .
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1500 dollars , which shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date . 9. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 am at 14/10/2022 . Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . 10. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 11:00 am on 14/10/2022 . 11.
