Conducting a study for the installation of a pho tovoltaic system to supply energy to the Beit Ula Municipality , Ref # T2-2022
Al - Ard for agricultural development ( AL - ARD ) In partnership with Ex perts - Solidaires , are implementing the project entitled : " Improving pub lic services through digital technology and access to solar energy in Beit Ula , Hebron Governorate " , in partnership with : Ministry of Agriculture ( MOA ) . Within this project ; Al - Ard announces a bid to conduct a study for the installation of a photovoltaic system to supply energy to the Beit Ula Municipality .

Those who are interested in applying for the above - mentioned bid should receive the bid's documents forms Al - Ard's office in Ramallah for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm , starting from Sunday , 2/10/2022 ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until Tuesday , 11/10/2022 . The bids shall be returned to Al - Ard's of fice - Ramallah , no later than Wednesday 12/10/2022 at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Wednesday , 12/10/2022 at 1:00 pm at Al - Ard's Of fice in Ramallah ( Al Bireh / Sateh Marhaba / Hi - tech Building / 2nd floor ) . Notes :

1. The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder .
2. Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the regestiration certificate .

3. The bid's currency is EURO and the winner should provide a VAT invoice .

4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the lowest prices .

5. The financial offer must be submitted in a separate closed envelope . 6. The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank check that equals 5 % of the offered bid . This guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of bids ; personal cheques will not be accepted , otherwise the bid will be neglected .
