The Ramallah Friends School ( RFS ) intends to award Consultancy Ser vices for the Design , Tendering , and Supervision for the Construction of a New Multi - Purpose Building at the Lower School Campus , Site and Building Accessibility Elements and Landscape Improvements Across the Upper Campus , and Photovoltaic Installation to a local consulting firm , in part or whole .

• The Request for the Proposal is open for selected local consulting firms classified by the Palestinian Engineers Association as Consulting Engi neering Firms in all the disciplines of Architecture , Structural , Electrical , and Mechanical Engineering .

Request for Proposal can be collected at the Ramallah Friends School ( El - Bireh Campus / Director office , Tel 02-2958320 ) starting from Thursday 06/10/2022 and ending on Wednesday 12/10/2022 for a non refundable amount of $ 100 .

Tenders shall be valid for 90 days and must be accompanied by a Tender guarantee of $ 10,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified cheque for the benefit of the Ramallah Friends School .

Site visit is scheduled on Thursday 13/10/2022 at 11:00 A.M and a pre - bid meeting will be immediately thereafter .
Tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered in hard and soft copies to the Head of School's Office at the Ramallah Friends School ( Upper Campus - El - Bireh ) on or before Saturday 22/10/2022 at noon time .

The Ramallah Friend School is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or any tender submitted . The cost of the notice of invitation for a bid will be paid by the winning bidder .
