" Training of Trainers in the Field of Environmental Awareness and Education

The Government of Palestine represented by the Environment Quality Authority ( EGA ) has received financing from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency ( Sida ) towards the cost of the program " Strengthening Palestinian Environmental Action Plan " , Sida Contribution number 52110101 .

Under the overall program goal to improve the environmental protection in Palestine , EQA intends to apply part of the grant for Individual consultant services under the contract titled * Training of Trainers in Environmental Awareness and Education which targets employees from the Ministry of Education and from the Environment Quality Authority at governmental level . Duty station will be Ramallah with visits to West Bank Governorates for conducting the training workshops

The EQA now invites eligible individual consultants or firms to submit a Technical Proposal only ( No financial proposal shall be submitted ) . The individual consultant will be responsible for proposing hiring and managing the services of two co - experts as detailed in the Terms of Reference

Interested consultants shall submit a Technical Proposal which consists of the following ( No financial offer is required ) :

1- Letter of Undertaking stating the name of the Consultant ( who will be contracted ) and the names of his / her co - experts and their role in conducting the assignment . The letter shall be signed by the Consultant and each co - export .
2- CVs in English for the Consultant and the co - experts indicating relevant experience to the assignment ( no more than 5 pages per one CV )
3- List of similar or related assignments conducted by the Consultant ( individually and / or as a team ) with brief description of each export role .
4- Copy of certifications demonstrating each expert's qualifications and experiences
5- Initial work plan and methodology reflecting the consultants understanding of the TOR ( up to 4 pages )
