Mercy Corps , a non - profit , non - governmental international humanitar ian and development organization invites Eligible and registered Taxis offices in West Bank , to submit their Intent to Bid for qualifying them to participate in a Master Agreement process .

Mercy Corps intends to sign a long - term master agreement for the du ration of 24 months , with eligible and certified Taxis offices , by attend ing to Mercy Corps Ramallah office located at Al Bardouni Building , sixth floor , procurement department to receive the ITB form in hard copy

Companies that don't complete and submit the ITB form , accord ing below deadline , will be ineligible from participating in the ten der at a later stage .

The following conditions apply :
The last date for receiving and submitting the ITB form is , Monday 17 October 2022 , before 15:00 Palestine Time

Registered Taxis offices in the official quarters , located in Ramallah The company should have the capability for providing the taxi transportation services and have previous experience for that .
• The company should be an authorized dealer having VAT / Tax reg istration . Tax / VAT Registration Certificate
