( SIF ) منظمة غير حكومية من أجل التضامن الدولي والإغاثة المستعجلة والتنمية والتي تعد منظمة إنسانية دولية تضم شبكة من الجمعيات غير الحكومية المستقلة في عدة دول حول العالم وتعمل ( SIF ) بحياد تام دونما تمييز على أساس العرق أو الجنس أو الدين ، وتسعى إلى تخفيف معاناة الشعوب الأشد حرمانا في العالم وإلى خلق عالم يسود فيه الخير والتضامن ويتم تلبية الحاجات الأساسية للأشخاص المحتاجين .

SIF efforts are exclusively social and humanitarian . SIF's aid goes toward all needy persons . regardless of their social . religious or cultural affiliations .
ترغب بعثة SIF في فلسطين التعاقد مع شركة تدقيق لتقديم خدمات تدقيق مالي لسنة 2022 حسب ما ذكر أعلاه . يمكن للشركات المرخصة والمؤهلة الحصول على رزمة العطاء من مكاتب SIF ابتداء من تاريخ : 2022/10/19 وحتى 2022/11/1 وذلك أيام الأحد الى الخميس وما بين الساعة التاسعة صباحا وحتى الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر بإستثناء يومي الجمعة والسبت وأيام العطل الرسمية على العنوان التالي :

SIF Palestine Mission would like to contract an Audit Company to provide Audit Service for 2022 financial year as mentioned .
Registered and eligible companies can collect the tender dossier from 19/10/2022 to 1/11/2022 from Sunday to Thursday ( Except Friday & Saturday and official holidays ) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from SIF offices - on the following addresses :

According to the following terms & conditions :
وذلك ضمن الشروط التالية :
أن تكون الشركة مسجلة في الدوائر الرسمية ومرخصة ولديها خلو طرف ضريبي ساري المفعول حتى تاريخه .
.Contractor has to be registered . has license and has a valid tax clearance to the date
SIF غير ملزمة باقل الأسعار ولها الحق في رفض أو قبول العطاء كاملا أو بأجزاء منه .
SIF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest tender or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender .
SIF has the right to cancel the bid without stating the reasons . Prices are in ILS and inclusive of VAT TAX .
Contractor shall provide withholding tax certificate .
يحق لـ SIF إلغاء العطاء دون إبداء الأسباب .
الأسعار بالشيكل شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة
يتم تقديم شهادة خصم منبع .
يجب أن تكون الأسعار سارية المفعول لمدة لا تقل عن 90 يوما من تاريخ تقديم العطاء
رسوم الاعلان في الصحف على من يرسو عليه العطاء يجب تقديم العروض كاملة بالظرف المغلق مختوما .
آخر موعد لتسليم وفتح العطاء الساعة الواحدة ظهرا من يوم الثلاثاء 2022/11/1
Prices must be valid for a period of not less than 90 days from the date of submitting the bid .
Fees for this advertisement . has to be paid by the winner of the bid . Bids shall be submitted in the sealed and stamped envelope .
Last date of bids submission and public opening is Tuesday 1/11/2022 at 13:00 pm .
