INVITATION TO BID Second Time
Supply , Install , Test and Commission of 80 kWp Grid Tie PV System Bid Reference : ( HWE / PVSystem / 2022 )
House of Water and Environment / HWE is implementing the project " So lar Energy for Wastewater Management and Irrigation in Jenin District " , agreement number : 81285330 .
This project is part of the IKI Small Grants programme . IKI Small Grants is carried out by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) GmbH and part of the International Climate Initiative ( IKI ) . The Federal Minis try for the Environment , Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety ( BMU ) sup ports this initiative based on a decision adopted by the German Bundestag . ' In the frame work of the project , HWE invites eligible suppliers to submit their Bids to supply and install a PV System in Jenin Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity of 80 kWp according to the following conditions :
Eligible supplier should be registered at the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to House of Water and Environment with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates . Tenderer must provide a bid guarantee with a total of 5 % of the tender value as a bank guarantee or bank cheque valid for 120 calendar days starting from the date of submission ; personal cheques will not be accepted . Eligible supplier can obtain tender documents by sending an email to pro curement department : haneen.aburamielh@hwe.org.ps , starting from Sunday , 30th October 2022. The last day to distribute Bid documents is on Tuesday , November 8th , 2022 , at 01:00 pm ( local time of Palestine ) , Office hours are from 8:00 am until 04:00 pm- Sunday to Thursday . Deadline of Submission : Eligible suppliers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Thursday 10th November 2022 at 1:00 pm ( local time of Palestine ) .
• A Site Visit to the location of the PV system in Jenin Wastewater Treatment Plant will be organized on Thursday , November 3th , 2022 at 10 o'clock . • Announcement costs of this advertisement shall be paid by awarded supplier .
