Identify the needs in Jordan Valley including area C in the Northern , Central , and Southern Jordan Valleys in the sectors specified below , by conducting a survey research study on :
Main determinants of community security ( food security , health security , and economic security ) in Jordan Valley Evaluate the community security in JV Palestinians assess their well - being and security Main gaps and needs required to improve the community security .
Social and economic vulnerabilities and fragilities of youth and women .
Identify the nature and needs of communities in the Jordan Valley in the areas of protection , shelter , water , sanitation , agriculture , education , health , infrastructure , and public services . Several areas in the Jordan Valley

Interested consultant firms should review the full ToR for this consultancy and can get a copy from it from MAAN Development Ramallah office from 10 November 2022 tell 17 November 2022 with Non - refundable fee ( $ 50 ) and submit offer in two sealed envelopes ; one for the technical offer and another one for the financial offer by 21 November 2022 ( before 12:00 pm ) to the following address :

Prices must be valid for at least 120 days from the tender submission date . All costs above must be in USD .
The Offer is valid for consultant firms only .
Vendors / Service Provider must provide a bid bond guarantee ( USD 500 ) only ( Only five hundred Dollar ) either by bank guarantee or certified bank check , valid for Three months from the last date of tender receipt .
