INVITATION TO TENDER

The Palestinian Environmental Friends Association ( PEF ) is a nonprofit ( non - gov ernmental ) organization and was established in 1998. It provides in turn important services in the environment and natural resources fields to all the Palestinian without taking any consideration , please visit : www.pefrafah.org.ps
PEF is conducting a tender process and invites sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide PEF , within their requirements , for :
" Construction Of Sewer Collection System In Jorat Allout Community In Khan Younis Area "
within the framework of the " Improve Safe And Adequate Access To Sanitation Services For The Most Unserved And Underserved Vulnerable People In Khan Younis " project supported by the oPt Humanitarian Fund ( oPt HF ) and as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier .

Between 9:00 am - 03:00 pm ( Gaza Time ) Sunday to Thursday
The interested companies could collect the tender dossier starting with 21/11/2022 until 01/12/2022 at 3:00 pm ( Interested tenderers must be classified at the Union of the Palestinian Contractors class First , second and third ( water and sewage ) and must submit a copy of classification certification to collect the Tender Dossier ) .
A pre - bid meeting for answering any inquiries will be held on 29/11/2022 at 10:00 A.M in the GAZA PEF office .
The deadline for submission of tenders by hand to PEF head office at the addresses mentioned above is 05/12/2022 at 12:30 PM .
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the interested tenderer at the deadline date at 01:00 PM .
Tenderers will be required to submit tender security accompanied by the financial offer in the form of a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by a bank authorized by the Palestine Monetary Authority ( PMA ) . The minimum Tender security amount is 8500 US $ valid for at least 120 days in the name of PEF .

PEF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender .
The awarded tenderer should pay the fees of advertisements in newspapers and any other platforms used to advertise this tender invitation .
