Invitation to Bids ( Technical and Financial ) Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities Preparation of the Conservation and Management Plan for Tell Umm Amer " Saint Hilarion Monastery "

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities in Bethlehem announces the launch of a request for offers ( technical and financial ) to Prepare a conservation and management plan for the site of Umm Amer ( Saint Hilarion Monastery ) in Gaza , funded by the French Devel opment Agency ( AFD ) , according to the conditions described in the Bidding documents .All interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions :
1. Eligible Bidder shall be an organization / company that is working in the field of Cultural Heritage Preservation in Palestine .

The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects .

3. Provided Prices should be VAT excluded , and bidders must submit zero VAT invoice .

Bidders interested in purchasing bid documents from the General Administra tion of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Tourism and An tiquities / Bethlehem ,, starting on January 4 , 2023 - January 17 , 2023 ) from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM in order to obtain required documents . Bid documents fee is a nonrefundable fee of 400 NIS .

Bidders must submit their bids in a closed and sealed envelope ( containing an envelope for the financial offer + an envelope for the technical offer ) at the Min istry of Tourism and Antiquities / General Administration for Administrative and Financial Affairs in Bethlehem no later than Tuesday , January 31st , 2023 before 1:00 p.m. , after which no bid will be accepted for any reason .

The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Ministry of Tourism and Antiquates , on January Thursday 19th , 2012 at 10:00 AM .

Bids opening session will be held on February 8th 2023 at 10:00 AM for the financial offers ,

Eligible bidder to whom the bid is awarded is required to issue a valid value added tax clearance certificate and a valid source deduction certificate .
