1. The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority has received fi nancing from the World Bank toward the cost of the phase 2 Advancing Sustainability in Perform ance , Infrastructure , and Reliability of the Energy Sector in the West Bank and Gaza ( P174708 ) ( ASPIRE - II ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Distribution Transformers in Gaza Strip ( GZ - PENRA - 331713 - GO - RFB ) . The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of Distribution Transformers in Gaza Strip ( GZ - PENRA - 331713 - GO - RFB ) . Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " dated November 2020 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 USD . The method of payment will be by deposit in the following bank account :

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 22/02/2023 at 12:00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the pres ence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 22/02/2023 at 12:00 p.m.
All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security with an amount of 17,500 USD .
