The Custody of the Holy Land ( hereinafter called " Client " ) has re ceived financing ( hereinafter called " the funds " ) toward the cost of Consolidation and restoration works for the Historical Section of the Terra Sancta Museum in Jerusalem Old City Project within the framework of the project " Action for East Jerusalem's Identity and Resilience ( AJIR ) " financed by the Agence Française de Dévelop pement ( AFD ) and implemented by the NGO Development Center ( NDC ) . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Terra Sancta Museum - Structural works .
1. The Custody of the Holy Land now invites sealed Bids from eli gible Bidders for the construction and completion of restoration of an historical building , including masonry consolidations and reconstruction , foundations reinforcement , excavations , concrete slabs , sewage line management . ( " the Works " ) .
2. Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Custody Technical Office , Saint Saviour Monastery , New Gate , Old City of Jerusalem - arch.abuazizeh@custodia.org
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by in terested Bidders during the office working hours from 09:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the address given below upon the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 USD .
4. Bids must be delivered to the address given below on or before 1:00 PM on 27.03.2023 and must be accompanied by a bid se curity of 10'000 USD valid for 118 days beyond the deadline of bid submission .
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at 4:00 PM on 27.03.2023 at the offices of Custody Technical Office .
