Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from the Municipality of Barcelona and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation , for the REHABILITATION OF AL SAFF STREET IN BETHLEHEM . Technical supervision will be conducted by Bethlehem Municipality planning and development department , in accordance to drawings , specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project . A tender bond of 6000 Euro should be submitted as bank guarantee valid for a period of 128 days starting from submitting day . Personal checks and or cash payments will not be accepted .

Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate , valid company registration and classification documents in Palestinian Contractors Union . Provided Prices should be Zero VAT .
Bidders interested in purchasing bid documents from Bethlehem Municipality can do that , starting on Wednesday 15/03/2023 or a non - refundable amount of 100 Euro .

The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality , on Thursday 23/03/2023 at 10:00 a.m. and followed by a site visit .
Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed no later than Thursday 20/04/2023 before 11:00 Morning .

Bids opening session will be held on Thursday 20/04/2023 at Bethlehem Municipality at 11:00 Morning .

All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the successful bidder .

10. The work phase of this project starts with a written order from Bethlehem Municipality .
