Jericho Cement Industries Company ( JCIC ) , is a newly established joint venture company between Sanad Construction Resources and Unifive aims to establish the first Palestinian cement mill with an annual capacity of 1,130,000 tons of cement where JCIC has signed a supply agreement with FLSmidth to supply the cement mill equipment under EP contract conditions .

The Tender consists of all necessary works related to the supply , install and commissioning of a Medium Voltage ( 33 kV / 11 kV ) Electrical Substation for JCIC's cement mill project in Jericho , Palestine . More details about the subject of the tender are provided in the tender documents .
