Al - Ard for agricultural development ( AL - ARD ) In partnership with Première Urgence Internationale ( PUI ) , are implementing the project enti tled : " Rehabilitation and provision of productive assets for farmers in the seam zone of Qalqilya and Tulkarem Governorates " , which is funded by United Nations Occupied Palestinian Territory Humanitarian fund . Within the framework of this project ; Al - Ard announces a bid to supply and install a water pipeline in Kafr Abbush - Tulkarem Governorate .

Those who are interested in applying for the above - mentioned bid should receive the bid's documents forms Al - Ard's office in Ramallah for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm , starting from Monday , 3/4/2023 ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until Sunday , 9/4/2023 . The bids shall be returned to Al - Ard's office - Ramallah , no later than Monday 10/4/2023 at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Monday , 10/4/2023 at 1:00 pm at Al - Ard's Office in Ramallah ( Al Bireh / Sateh Marhaba / Hi - tech Building / 2nd floor ) .

Bidders should provide the regestiration certificate and a valid de duction at source or 10 % will be deducted .
The tender's currency is USD and the winner bidder should provide a VAT exempted invoice .
The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the lowest prices .
All bidders must submit a certified bank guarantee or a bank check that equals 5 % of the offered bid . This guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the submission date of tenders . personal cheques will not be accepted ; otherwise , the tender will be neglected .
