1. The Palestine Liberation Organization for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority ( hereinafter called " Borrower " ) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Real Estate Registration Project ( RERP ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for ICT Equipment for the Assignment of the Digitization of pre - 1948 Land Records at MITHAQ which comprised of following lots :
Lot 1 : Storage & Servers
Lot 2 : Network Devices
Lot 3 : Scanner
The Ministry of Finance now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for carrying out the delivering , installation , configuration and operation of the hardware for the ( ICT Equipment for the Assignment of the Digitization of pre - 1948 Land Records at MITHAQ ) . Quantities are as per illustrated in bid related section VII , and the installation will be at the headquarters ' of the Islamic Research and Heritage Revival Institute ( MITHAQ ) located in Jerusalem , Abu - Dis town , and within the period as mentioned in bid data sheet . Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " dated July 2016 , revised November 2017 , and again in August 2018 , ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .
The bidding document in English will be available for the interested Bidders at the address given in paragraph ( 8 ) .

Bids must be delivered to the address below stated in paragraph ( 8 ) on or before 28 May 2023 , 12:00 noon ( local time ) . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below stated in paragraph ( 8 ) on 28 May 2023 , at 12:00 noon ( local time ) . Bid Security is required for each lot as per amounts indicated below against each lot . Bidders have the option of submitting one Bid Security for all lots ( for the combined total amount of all lots ) for which Bids have been submitted , however if the amount of Bid Security is less than the total required amount , the Purchaser will determine for which lot or lots the Bid Security amount shall be applied . Lot 1 : 2,000 US Dollar . Lot 2 : 7,500 US Dollar . Lot 3 : 1,000 US Dollar .
