RFQ for auditing 2022 HEPCO Accounts

Hebron Electric Power Company ( HEPCO ) is seeking a quote for as signing external Auditor for auditing our accounts for the year 2022 . The auditing should include expressing a professional opinion as to whether :

HEPCO financial statements show true and fair view of the re lated financial position for the year 2022 .
HEPCO financial management system in place complies with laws and regulations including procurement , s financial report ing , budgeting , accounting and control system .
The accounting standards used comply with International Ac counting Standards .
RFQ should include the following information :
The auditors should provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services .
CV for the auditing firm and its professional history , along with a listing of all other engagements where services of this type were provided in the past . Contact information for the recipi ents of the similar services must be provided . HEPCO may obtain references from any of the parties listed .
Technical qualifications which contain the details of all persons who would be assigned to provide services along with their names , titles , education and their qualifications .
Proposed technical action plan for auditing process , auditing strategy , and financial auditing approach .
Fees and any other necessary information .
Final audited report and management letter should be issued in Ara bic and English ( 3 copies each language ) .
The RFQ should be submitted in a sealed enveloped , which bears , bid der name and address , clearly marked " RFQ " for " External Auditing Services " .
