Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from Aragon Government through Fundacion Paz Y Solidaridad Aragon , for the implementation of the project ENHANCING WASTE COLLECTION AND RECYCLING IN BETHLEHEM GROSS MARKET AND SURROUNDINGS / AWARENESS AND EDUCATION CAMPAIGN FOR WASTE COLLECTION AND RECYCLING , Tender No. 27/2023 , supervised by Bethlehem Municipality . In accordance to specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project , all interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions :

1. Eligible contractors should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate and valid company registration in Palestine . The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects .

Bid Securities of ( 400 Euros ) should be submitted as bank guarantee valid for a period of 128 days starting from submitting day . Personal checks and or cash payments will not be accepted . Provided Prices should be VAT excluded and bidders must submit zero VAT invoice .

Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price .

The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality , on Thursday 8/06/2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Interested bidders can get bid documents from Bethlehem Municipality , starting from Tuesday 23/05/2023 .

Eligible Bidders should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed no later than Monday , 26/06/2023 before 12:00 p.m.

8. Bids opening session will be held on Monday , 26/06/2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Municipality .
9. All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the successful bidder .
10. The work phase of this project starts with a written order from Bethlehem Municipality .
