Invitation to Bid ( AWARENESS AND EDUCATION CAMPAIGN FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY AND LED LIGHTING )

Bethlehem and Beit Jala Municipalities have received a Grant from Engagment Global / NAKOPA program through Koln Municipality and Bergisch Gladbach Municipality , for the implementation of the AWARENESS AND EDUCATION CAMPAIGN FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY AND LED LIGHTING , Tender No. 28/2023 , supervised by Bethlehem Municipality . In accordance to specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project , all interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions :
ENGAGEMENT GLOBAL
1. Eligible contractors should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate and valid company registration in Palestine . The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects .
2. Bid Securities of ( 400 Euros ) should be submitted as bank guarantee valid for a period of 128 days starting from submitting day . Personal checks and or cash payments will not be accepted . 3. Provided Prices should be VAT included .
4. Bethlehem and Beit Jala Municipalities are not obliged to accept the lowest price .
5. Interested bidders can get bid documents from Bethlehem Municipality , starting from Wednesday 31/05/2023 .
6. Eligible Bidders should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed no later than Tuesday , 04/07/2023 before 12:00 p.m.
7. The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality , on Tuesday 20/06/2023 at 10:00 a.m.
8. Bids opening session will be held on Tuesday , 04/07/2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Municipality .
9. All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the
successful bidder .
10. The work phase of this project starts with a written order from Bethlehem Municipality .
