The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received a grant from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation " SDC " towards the cost << Development the Marginalized Communities in West Bank and Gaza » . This project is located under the umbrella of the « Development of Area C / West Bank » funded by the SDC .
The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) as an implementation agency intends to use part of the grand for the Rehabilitation of Internal roads and school in Iskaria Village -Bethlehem Governorate . "
The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Iskaria Village to payments under the contract for procurement of " Rehabilitation of Internal roads and School in Iskaria Village -Bethlehem Governorate . >> . No. SDCII West Bank - ISK - 01for the benefit of Iskaria Village Council .
1. Iskaria Village now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out " Rehabilitation of Internal roads and school Project in Iskaria Village "
2. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement NCB using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " November 2020 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .
3. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Joint Service Council for planning and development - West Bethlehem - Executive Director Eng . Khalil Muammar , tel . +972 598020869 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from . 032023-06- to 032023-07
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 100US Dollar . The method of payment will be in Cash to Joint Service Council for planning and development - West Bethlehem . The Bidding Documents will be available at Joint Service Council for planning and development - West Bethlehem .
6. Grant is VAT included bidders to price with VAT .
7. A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit , which will be held on Tuesday ( 142023-06- ) at 10:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Iskaria Village council Building / after finishing site visit at Iskaria Village .
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90daysafter Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 5,000USDollar and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date .
9. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon at 04-07 2023. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noon on 042023-07- . 10.
