Prequalification of A / E Firms ,
The Technical and Vocational Education and Training ( TVET ) Program , or Forsah TVET , is a USAID funded program imple mented , in part , by DAI . Forsah TVET aims to build the capacities of TVET institutions in order to meet labor market demands and provide Palestinians with meaningful , well - paying employment and income generating opportunities . Forsah TVET will support the development of new technical trainings and improve the qual ity and relevancy of existing technical programs , with a particular focus on improving youth access . Under the Forsah TVET Pro gram , infrastructure modifications of TVET institutions are to be conducted .

Through this Expression of Interest ( EOI ) , DAI is seeking to pre - qualify an experienced engineering consulting firm or Ar chitecture - Engineering ( A / E ) firm to study , assess , design , su pervise and monitor the implementation of the Forsah TVET Program infrastructure modifications .
