1. The Palestinian Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the social protection Enhancement Project ( SPEP ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Vehicles needed for Supporting Infrastructure in Gaza MoSD Governorates to implement Case Management System
2. The Ministry of Social Development ( MoSD ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of Vehicles needed for Supporting Infrastructure in Gaza MoSD Governorates to implement Case Management System 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " dated July 2016 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) , Mohammad Faraj- SPEP / Project Director -Mobile : 059 862-4990 or Wedad Malak - SPEP / Procurement Specialist -Mobile : 0598725251 and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 am to 03:00 pm ( from Sunday to Thursday ) at the address given below .
5. The bidding document in English may be collected by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application for free to the address below . The Bidding Documents will be available in the Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) headquarter .
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on July 17 , 2023. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12:00 noon on July 17 , 2023 .
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a " Bid Security " of 6,000 USD . The bid security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline date- ( Till Nov. 12 , 2023 ) . 8. " Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership , as part of the Contract Award Notice , using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document .
