The Palestinian Environmental Friends Association ( PEF ) is a nonprofit ( non - govern mental ) organization and was established in 1998. PEF is conducting a tender process and invites sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide PEF , within their requirements , for :
" Construction Of Sewer System In Alsatar Community In Khan Younis Area " within the project of the " Promote The Accessibility To Safe Sanitation Services And Healthier Environment In The Most Vulnerable Communities In Khan Younis Governo rate " project Funded by the oPt Humanitarian Fund ( oPt HF ) and as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier .

The interested companies could collect the tender dossier starting with 21/06/2023 until 03/07/2023 at 3:00 pm ( Interested tenderers must be classified at the Union of the Palestinian Contractors class First , second and third ( water and sewage ) and must submit a copy of classification certification to collect the Tender Dossier ) .

A pre - bid meeting for answering any inquiries will be held on 26/06/2023 at 11:00 A.M in PEF office in RAFAH .

The deadline for submission of tenders by hand to PEF head office in RAFAH at the addresses mentioned above is 09/07/2023 at 12:30 PM .
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the interested tenderer at the deadline date at 12:45 PM .
Tenderers will be required to submit tender security accompanied by the financial offer in the form of a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by a bank authorized by the Palestine Monetary Authority ( PMA ) . The minimum Tender security amount is 9,500 US $ valid for at least 9 days in the name of PEF .

PEF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender .
• The awarded tenderer should pay the fees of advertisements in newspapers and any other platforms used to advertise this tender invitation .
