Local Governance Reform Program ( LGRP ) III Call for proposals for : The Identification of functional Joint Development and Planning Clusters ( JDPCs ) for the West Bank and Gaza Strip

The Local Governance Reform Program ( LGRPIII ) , implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) GmbH on behalf of the German Ministry of International Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) , aims to enhance the performance of the local gov ernment units ( LGUS ) to deliver their public services more inclusively , effectively & efficiently . GIZ has been commissioned by the BMZ to support the reform of local governance through capacity development and introduction of new tools , solutions , and methodologies .

A key element to enhancing urban planning processes and related services at the national and local levels is to identify functional Joint Development and Planning Clusters ( JDPCs ) for the West Bank and Gaza Strip to facilitate joint urban development .

Within this context , the LGRPIII seeks qualified service providers to carry out this assignment , and hereby invites Firms to submit proposals for providing needed services .
