The Palestinian Environmental Friends Association ( PEF ) is a nonprofit ( non - govern mental ) organization and was established in 1998. WeWorld is an independent Italian organization active in 25 countries , including Italy , focused on projects concerning Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid to guar antee the rights of the most vulnerable communities , especially women and children . WeWorld has been present in Palestine since 1992 , please visit : https://www.weworld.it/ We World in partnership with PEF have received a support from the opt Humanitarian Fund ( oPt HF ) to implement a project named " Enhancing the resilience of vulnerable com munities in Deir al Balah through improved access to sanitation and flood mitigation " . PEF is conducting a tender process and invites sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide PEF , within their requirements as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dos sier , for the project activity :
" Construction of the sewer system with the households ' connections in Al Moa'tared community in Deir Albalah "

• The interested companies could collect the tender dossier starting with 12/07/2023 until 30/07/2023 at 3:00 pm ( Interested tenderers must be classified at the Union of the Palestinian Contractors class First , second and third ( water and sewage ) and must submit a copy of classification certification to collect the Tender Dossier ) .
• A pre - bid meeting for answering any inquiries will be held on 19/07/2023 at 11:00 A.M in PEF office in RAFAH .
The deadline for submission of tenders by hand to PEF head office ( RAFAH ) at the addresses mentioned above is 02/08/2023 at 12:30 PM .
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the interested tenderer publicly on 02/08/2023 at 12:45 PM In PEF Head Office in Rafah .
Tenderers will be required to submit tender security accompanied by the financial offer in the form of a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by a bank authorized by the Palestine Monetary Authority ( PMA ) . The minimum Tender security amount is 5 % of the total amount of financial offer valid for at least 90 days in the name of PEF .
• PEF does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender .
• The awarded tenderer should pay the fees of advertisements in newspapers and any other platforms used to advertise this tender invitation .
