Tender Supply and Delivery of Pharmaceuticals Bid No : CARE - WB - FY24 - SA0002

CARE International in West Bank and Gaza is an international , nonprofit , organization committed to fighting global poverty and delivering emergency aid in times of humanitarian crisis .

With funding from the oPt Humanitarian Fund ( oPt HF ) , CARE Pales tine West Bank / Gaza ( WBG ) is implementing health project entitled " Health under protection ( HUP ) " : Emergency health and nutrition as sistance to people living in communities whose rights are inadequately protected in the West bank ( WB ) . The project's overall objective is to address the essential health of the most vulnerable population groups in the protection risk prone communities in the most venerable communi ties in the West Bank ( Hebron , Jenin , E - One , North Jordan valley and Jericho ) trough mobile health clinics / teams .

CARE International WBG would like to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers who are officially registered locally in the field of medical supplies and who have experience in supplying delivering of pharmaceuticals in accordance with the terms and conditions , Bill of Quantities ( BOQs ) presented within the tender .

Suppliers may quote for any item in the BOQs under this invitation , given that all items within BOQ MUST be priced individually .
Each item will be evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest re sponsive supplier . Given that , CARE International WBG has the right to increase / decrease the quantities without any additional cost or drop any or all quantities mentioned in the BOQ in this tender , and / or to award each item / BOQ totally or partially .

All interested suppliers can obtain a copy of the tender documents the of ficial working hours ( 9:00 am - 3:00 pm ) from Monday July , 24th 2023 till Sunday August , 6th 2023 , at 12:00 O'clock In the address presented below . Deadline for Bids Submission :
On or before Sunday , August 6th , 2023 , at 12:00 O'clock Note : Late bids will be rejected

Bid Security : Value : 5 % of total bid price . Validity : July , 24th , 2023 to October , 24th 2023

Format : Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee or certified cheques . Cash or personal cheques are not accepted .
