The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received a grant from European Union ( EU ) towards the " Development of area C / West Bank " . This project is located under the umbrella of the " Development of area C / West Bank " funded by Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) through the European Union . The Munici pal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) as an implementation agency intends to use part of the grant for the Construction of a Multi - Purpose Building for Furush Beit Dajan Village Council in Furush Beit Dajan .

The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Furush Beit Dajan Village to payments under the contract for procurement of " Con struction of a Multi - Purpose Building for Furush Beit Dajan Village Council . " . ENI / 2022 / 425-654 -Furush - 6.2.3 for the benefit of Furush Beit Dajan Council .
1. Furush Beit Dajan Village Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out - Construction of a Multi - Purpose Building for Furush Beit Dajan Village Council .

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding ( NCB ) procedures specified in the MDLF Procurement Manual which is based on the World World Bank's " Pro curement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " November 2020 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .
Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents .
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Furush Beit Dajan Village Council ; inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. from 05-08-2023 to 31-8-2023

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee 100 Euro . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check The Bidding Documents will be available at Furush Beit Dajan Village Council . Grant is VAT excluded . Bidders to price without VAT .
A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be held on 20-08-2023 at 10:00 am , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Furush Beit Dajan Village Council , after finishing site visit .

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 6,000 Euro and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date .

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon at 03-09-2023- . Elec tronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physi cally in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noon 03-09-2023
