The Municipality of Nablus , has received financing from the Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) through Lille Municipality toward the cost of [ Nablus Boulevard ] . The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Notice is issued .

Bids are open for consultancy firms who have a proven tracking record in urban planning / urban design .
The municipality of Nablus now invites sealed Bids from eligible consultants for Preparing a Detailed Urban Plan for the Nablus Boulevard Project in Nablus City
The expected delivery period of the project is October 2023 to April 2024 .
Consultants shall be selected under the selection method based on Quality & Cost Based Selection QCBS ( technical 70 % , financial 30 % )

A complete set of bidding documents ( RFP ) will be sent by email to interested Bidders , the interested bidders must send an official letter annexed with the consultant profile including similar projects by email to : tender@nablus.org , based on that Nablus municipality will send the RFP . The deadline for sending the official letter with profile is 27/8/2023 .
