Reference Number : Request for Proposal UNDP - PAL - 00128 Under the project , " Support to Democratization and Inclusive Elec toral Processes in the State of Palestine " , the United Nations Develop ment Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People ( UNDP / PAPP ) , would like to invite eligible companies to submit their offers / proposals for conducting a Digital Communication Campaign to Promote Democratization , fully described in the bidding docu ments .
