Equipping the Telecommunication Workshop
Deir Dibwan Industrial School - West Bank The GIZ DOTVET is one module in the German Development Programme " Sustainable Economic Development , employment promotion and Edu cation " . The run - time of DoTVET is 3 years ( Feb 2021 - Jan 2024 ) . The Programme is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Eco nomic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) . Among others , DoTVET focuses on capacity development for TVET personnel and in - company trainers , cooperation between schools and workplaces and raising the at tractiveness of TVET programmes .

In December 2018 , the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development ( BMZ ) of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Nor wegian Agency for Development Cooperation ( NORAD ) have entered into an agreement whereby NORAD provided co - finance to the TVET in Palestine towards quality training for young Palestinian women and men . The NORAD co - finance under the DoTVET runs until September 2023 and will expand the services provided by DoTVET through providing ex tra capacity development measures , tools , and equipment to TVET units in the general education public schools and providing training facilities for TVET teachers .

In its efforts to support the National TVET Commission in establishing a TVET training facility , GIZ is currently seeking qualified and specialized locally registered vendors to supply telecommunication equipment Deir Dibwan Industrial Secondary School - Ramallah . The needed equipment is comprised of the categories of smart building items , electronic de vices , communication and mobile applications devices , PCs and laptops , screens and projectors , mobile phones , KNX devices and controllers & welding machine .
Companies specialized in such equipment are hereby invited to submit their quotations .
