GAZA
.Palestinian Water Authority ( PWA ) has arranged finance from the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany through the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau ( KPW ) towards the costs for implementation of the Central Desalination Plant Gaza Reconfiguration of Water Supply Infrastructure . Accompanying Measures - Consumable Operations Chemicals . Part of the proceeds of this finance are to be applied for supply of equipment as described below . KFW retains certain approval rights , including approval of the contractor ( s ) selected . However , KFW will not be a party to the contract .

Therefore , the General Supplies Department for the benefit of the Palestinian Water Authority ( PWA ) invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for SUPPLYING CHEMICALS TO THE CENTRAL DESALINATION PLANT NORTH GAZA .

The scope is to supply the specified chemicals according to the operations requirements for a period of 12months from the date of commencement . The chemicals to be supplied as specified are : Anti - Scalant Agent PA0100 , pH ( 5-6.5 ) , specific gravity 1.15- 1.27 , % PO4 not less than 20 % , 91,500 litre .
Caustic Soda 50 % , 36,000 litre .

Water disinfection agent , Sodium Hypochlorite solution of active chlorine 10- 12 % , 19500 litre .

Sodium - Bisulphite ( NaHSO ) 30 % , 7,000 litre .
Hydrochloric Acid ( HCI ) 32 % , 5,500 litre .

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain tender documents from GSD website ( http://www.gs.pmof.ps/ ) or Government Procurement Portal ( www.shiraa.gov.ps ) .a complete set of Tender Documents will be issued on the payment of a non - refundable fee of EUR 100 ( one hundred Euro ) to the account of the Ministry of Finance under number ( 219000 / 49 ) / Bank of Palestine , the payment receipt shall be attached to the submitted bid . Tenders will only be accepted from tenderers purchasing the tender documents . All returned Tenders must be submitted shall be submitted as an original and one copy each in separate sealed envelopes , accompanied by a Tender security amounting to EUR 6,000 ( Six thousand Euro ) and it shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Tender .
Questions and requests for clarifications relating to the Tender shall be submitted in writing or by email to the address given below to be received at least 7 working days before the date for submission of the tenders .

Tenders shall be submitted not later than 11:30 am ( local time ) on ( 27 ) ( September ) 2023. Tenders will be opened immediately . thereafter in the presence of Tenderers > representatives choosing to attend .

Fees of publishing and advertising on who wins the tender , fees are going to be divided according to the number suppliers to be awarded . Ministry Of Finance
