Sub - Project Name : Construction of Elementary Mixed School RFB Reference No .: ENI / 2022 / 425-654 - Aqaba - 6.2.4
The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received a grant from European Union ( EU ) towards the " Development of area C / West Bank " . This project is located under the umbrella of the " Development of area C / West Bank " funded by Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) through the European Union . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) as an implementation agency intends to use part of the grant for the Construction of Elementary Mixed School in Al - Aqaba

The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the im plementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Al - Aqa ba Village to payments under the contract for procurement of " Construction of Elementary Mixed School " ( ENI / 2022 / 425-654 - Aqaba - 6.2.4 ( for the benefit of Al - Aqaba Council .
1. Al - Aqaba Village Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out - Construction of Elementary Mixed School
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding ( NCB ) procedures specified in the MDLF Procurement Manual which is based on the World World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " November 2020 ( Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .
3. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents .
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Al - Aqaba Village Council ; inspect the Bid ding Documents at the address given below 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from 02-09-2023 to 28-09-2023 .
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 150 Euro . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check The Bidding Documents will be available at Al - Aqaba Village Council .
Grant is VAT excluded . Bidders to price without VAT .
A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be held on Sunday 17-9-2023 at 10:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Al - Aqaba Village Council , after finishing site visit .
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 18.500 Euro and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date .
