Name of Procuring Entity : Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) for the benefit of the Palestinian Electricity Transmission Ltd. ( PETL )
Bidding Process Number : PEA - PETL / 2023 / 004 .

Transmission

1. The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) for the benefit of the Palestin ian Electricity Transmission Ltd. ( PETL ) intends to conduct a procurement process for the Supply of spare parts under procurement process number : PEA - PETL / 2023 / 004 financed by Palestinian Electricity and Transmission Ltd ( PETL ) .

2. The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) for the benefit of the Palestinian Electricity Transmission Ltd. ( PETL ) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply of spare parts , and the bid includes the following lots :
Lot 1 : Supply of High Voltage Spare Parts for Substations
Lot 2 : Supply of Power capacitor bank units & Supply of Vented Stationary Lead acid battery The bidder " may " apply for one or more of these lots .
3. Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids " International " in accord ance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regu lations and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are stipulated in the Bid Documents .
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Energy and Natural Re sources Authority ( PENRA ) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below or through the Public Procurement Portal .

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 50 USD . The method of payment will be by deposit in the following bank account :

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 04 , 2023 at 12:00 p.m. ( local time ) Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Bid Submission .

7. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security ( In the name of PENRA ) with an amount of :
Lot 1 : 5000 USD

Lot 2 : 2000 USD
and shall be valid for a period of 30 days after the bid validity period ; ( until February 01 , 2024 ) 8. Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on October 04 , 2023 at 12:00 p.m. ( local time )
