Supply and installation of SCADA System for
Beit Ula Municipality , Ref # T3-2023 Al - Ard for agricultural development ( AL - ARD ) In partnership with Experts Solidaires , are implementing the project entitled : " Improving public services through digital technology and access to solar energy in Beit Ula , Hebron Governorate " , in partnership with : Ministry of Agriculture ( MoA ) . Within this project , Al - Ard announces a bid to Supply and install SCADA System for Beit Ula Municipality , train municipality staff in using the system and create a usage practical manual adapted to the municipality of Beït Ula . Those who are interested in applying for the above - mentioned bid should receive the bid's documents forms Al - Ard's office in Ramallah for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm , starting from Monday , 11/09/2023 ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until Sunday , 17/09/2023 . The bids shall be returned to Al - Ard's of fice - Ramallah , no later than Monday 18/09/2023 at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Monday , 18/09/2023 at 1:00 pm at Al - Ard's Office in Ramallah ( Al Bireh / Sateh Marhaba ) .

Notes :
1. The advertisement fees should be paid by the winner bidder .
2. Bidders should provide the regestiration certificate and a valid deduction at source or 10 % will be deducted .
3. The tender's currency is Euro and the winner bidder should provide a VAT exempted invoice .
4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the lowest prices .
5. All bidders must submit a certified bank guarantee or bank check that equals 5 % of the offered bid . This guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the submission date of tenders . personal cheques will not be accepted ; other wise , the tender will be neglected .
