For the creating linkages between the private sector , local communities , and other climate change / environmental action - funding bodies under the Framework of the " Environmental and Climate Justice Program " ( ECJP ) in Palestine funded by the Consulate General of Sweden through We Effect and implemented by PAIC organizations .

Environmental and climate justice
The purpose of the assignment is to :

Develop new financial routes for the private sector companies that adopt environmentally friendly practices and utilize these practices to serve the local community .

• Develop a management , engagement , and sus tainability pan ( MESP ) for each private sector beneficiary of the ECJP grant , in close collabo ration with the respective PAIC organization . To achieve these purposes , the consultant will work with program partners to support targeted marginalized communities to create linkages with the private sector for climate change adaptation and mitigation towards environmental action and to actively engage the targeted communities with the private sector and financial bodies to map / pilot innovative ideas with the private sector / financial bodies and start a dialogue with targeted communi ties to deliver climate justice and define interven tions and areas of cooperation . Additionally , the consultant will play a pivotal role in advocating for private sector involvement in financing climate change resilience projects through corporate social responsibility ( CSR ) initiatives . The consultant's efforts will contribute to the scaling up and repli cation of successful green environmental practices demonstrated through PAIC's initiatives .

The tender request ends on Thursday , 21st of September 2023 , and all bidding documents must be returned in a sealed envelope addressed to MAAN Development Center with the name of the project written on it , which is " Environmental Justice and Climate Change Program " . Please submit your bid no later than 12:00 pm on Mon day , 25th of September 2023. No receipt will be accepted or bids after this date and time . Any bid that is incomplete and does not include the necessary information and documents or sent to another location rather than MAAN Development Center , or after the end time for submitting bids , will be ex cluded . Service provider must provide a bid bond guarantee ( ILS 5000 ) only ( Only five thousand Sheckles ) either by bank guarantee or certified bank check , valid for two months from the last date of tender receipt .
