Reference Number : Request for Proposal UNDP - PAL - 00141 Under the project , " Transparency , Evidence , Efficiency , Effec tiveness and Accountability ( TEA3 ) Programme " , the United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People ( UNDP / PAPP ) , would like to invite eligi ble companies to submit their offers / proposals for developing a Licensing and Accreditation System , as fully described in the bid ding documents .
