Supply , Install and Operate of 100kWp Off Grid PV System for Artesian Well in Qalqilya

ARIJ is a Palestinian Non - Governmental Organization , is currently implementing the project titled " Strengthening the Resilience of Palestinian Farmers in Qalqilya ( TARABOT Program ) " . This program is designed to address the developmental and resilience needs of the Palestinian people who have been affected by geographical drivers of vulnerability .

This project is part of TARABOT Palestine , the Transformative Resilience Pro gramme funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation and the Representative Office of Finland through the United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People ( UNDP / PAPP ) in partnership with the Prime Minister's Office ( PMO ) . The implementation process is being leaded and man aged by the Development Action Center ( MA'AN ) in partnership with 8 Palestinian NGOs in cooperation with the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture .
In the frame work of the project , Arij invites eligible and interested suppliers to submit their Bids to supply and install a PV System in Qalqilya seam zone ( behind separation Wall ) for a diesel operated artesian well with a capacity of at least 100 kWp according to the following conditions :
Eligible supplier should be registered at the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to Arij with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates .
• Bidder must provide a bid guarantee with a total of 5 % of the tender value as a bank guarantee or bank cheque valid for 45 calendar days starting from the date of bid submission , personal cheques will not be accepted .
For those who are interested in participating in the Bid and possess sufficient experi ence in this area , the Bed can be obtained by Email procurement@arij.org or at the ARIJ premises located at Karkafeh Street in Bethlehem starting from 21/09/2023 until 25/09/2023 during official working hours : 8:00 am - 4:00 pm ( expect Friday and Sunday ) , Or by calling 02 274 1889 to inquire further or arrange for the collec tion of the terms of reference .

Because of permit needs to enter the seam zone , Bidders should organize a site visit to the PV system location in Qalqilya by himself and at his own responsibility on Thursday 28/9/2023 at 11:00 am .

Eligible suppliers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than 02/10/2023 at 2:00 pm ( local time of Palestine ) .

Arij is not obliged to accept the lowest price .
Arij has the right to postpone , cancel , extend , or split the Bid and to award the lots to different suppliers .
Announcement costs of this advertisement shall be paid by awarded Bidder .
