The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Pales tinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing from SDC towards the cost of the Gaza Vulnerable Communities Development Project GVCDII .
1. Municipality of Bani Suhaila now invites sealed Bids from eligi ble Bidders for Development of different streets in Al Ramida neigh borhood ( Al Hokomah School Street ) , Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " July 2016 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Bani Suhaila , Project Department , ENG . Moham med Kullab , Tel : ( 08-2073870 / 08-2071088 ) , and inspect the bid ding document during office hours 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. from September 23 , 2023 , to October 23 , 2023 , at the address given below . 3. The submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 USD ( $ ) . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check .
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 23 , 2023 - 12:00 noon . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on October 23 , 2023 -12 : 00 noon .

5. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 4,500 USD ( $ ) and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date .
6. Grant is VAT included bidders to price with VAT .
7. A Site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to at tend the site visit which will be held on Sunday ; October 11 , 2023 , at 10:00 A.M. , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Municipality of Bani Suhaila at the address given below after finishing site visit . The address referred to above is Municipality of Bani Suhaila , Pro ject Department , First Floor , ENG . Mohammed Kullab .
