The RFS is pleased to announce this invitation to tender for " Diesel Generator for the Ramallah Friends School ( RFS ) - Upper Campus " . The Tender is open for all companies specialized in diesel generators .

Tender Documents can be collected at the Ramallah Friends School ( Upper School Campus at AlBireh / Head of School Office , Tel 02-2958320 ) starting from Thursday 19/10/2023 and ending on Thursday 26/10/2023 for non refundable amount of 200 NIS .

- Tenders shall be valid for 90 days and must be accom panied by a Tender guarantee of $ 2,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified cheque for the benefit of the Ramallah Friends School .

Site visit is scheduled on Monday 30/10/2023 at 11:00 A.M and a pre - bid meeting will be immediately there after .

Tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and de livered in hard and soft copies to the Head of School Office at the Ramallah Friends School ( El - Bireh Cam pus ) on or before Monday 06/11/2023 at 12:00 P.M. The Ramallah Friends School is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or any tender submitted . Cost of the notice of invitation for bid will be paid by the win ning bidder .
