Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a grant from Agent ce Française de Développement ( AFD ) through the Municipality of Grenoble in France , for the project " Grenoble and Bethlehem : two cities of living together , heritage at the service of social cohe sion " . In this project a participatory budget was allocated for the selection of a project directly by the citizens . The outcome of the voting favored the project aimed at improving safety and security measures in Bethlehem Old City , specifically involving the sup plying and installation of an IP Camera System at Star Street in Bethlehem Old City . Technical supervision will be conducted by planning and development department at Bethlehem Municipality in accordance to specifications , bill of quantities , and Conditions of Contract related to the project . Eligible Suppliers should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate .

Provided prices should be VAT included , and bidders must submit VAT invoice , and should have a valid crafts license fees for the year 2023 .

Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price .

Bidders interested in applying for this tender can get a copy of the tender from Bethlehem Municipality with out fees , starting on Monday , 06th of November 2023 .

Eligible Suppliers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed to the financial department in Bethlehem Municipality building no later than Tuesday , November 21th 2023 before 12.00 pm .

Bids opening session will be held on Tuesday , Novem ber 21th 2023 at 12.00 pm .

All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the successful bidder .
