Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from Partnership Projects for Sustainable Local Development ( NAKOPA ) through the Municipality of Koln in Germany . This invitation is for the installa tion of street lighting for Wad Musallam Road in Bethlehem City . Technical Supervision will be conducted by Planning and Develop ment Department at Bethlehem Municipality , in accordance to draw ings , specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project . All interested bidders should pursue the fol lowing bidding Conditions :

1. Eligible Suppliers should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate .
2. Provided prices should be VAT included , and bidders must submit VAT invoice , and should have a valid crafts license fees for the year 2023 . 3. Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price . 4. Bidders interested in applying for this tender can get a copy of the tender from Bethlehem Municipality without fees , starting on Thurs day , November 9th , 2023 .

5. Eligible Suppliers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed to the financial department in Bethlehem Municipality build ing no later than Tuesday , November 14th , 2023 before 12.00 pm . 6. Bids opening session will be held on Tuesday , November 14th , 2023 at 12.00 pm .

7. All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the suc cessful bidder .
