MDLF intends to apply part of the proceeds under Project " Municipal Development Pro gram IV ( MDPIV ) " financed by the World Bank - International Development Associa tion ( IDA ) , MDTF ( administered by the World Bank ) , PA , KFW , Denmark , the Belgian Development Agency ( Enabel ) , SDC , GIZ , EU and AFD toward payment under the Con tract " Physical Inspection and Data Collection for O & M / West Bank , No .: MDP4C1 2.a / # 5.A " ( hereinafter called " the Services " ) .

The Services include conducting a physical inspection of roads and public buildings in se lected municipalities in order to collect and compile needed information to fill the databases of the computerized O & M system in the selected municipalities , and supporting the selected municipalities in updating the data of fixed assets registration sheets to incorporate it into the O & M computerized system .

1. MDLF now invites eligible consultants to express their interest in providing the serv ices . Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified and have the relevant experience to perform the services . The shortlisting criteria for Consultants are : General firm's profile ( Core business and years in business , quali fications in the field of the assignment , technical and managerial organization of the firm , general qualifications and number of key staff ) .
MDLF draws the attention of the interested consultants to the conflict of interest arti cles included in " Public Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014 " and its Implementing Regu lations .
Request for Proposals ( RFPs ) will be sent to the shortlisted consultants . A Consultant will be selected under Selection based on Quality - Cost Based Selection ( QCBS ) in accordance with the provisions of the " Public Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014 " and its Implementing Regulations .
