Submission : 3012 : 00,2024 / 01 / hour ( Palestine Local Time ) The Municipality of Nablus , has received financing from the Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) through Lille Municipality toward the cost of [ Nablus Boulevard ] . The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Expressions of Interest is issued .

Bids are open for consultancy firmswho :
1. Have a valid registration in the Palestinian Engineers Association / Classification Grade ( Consultant in Urban Planning or / and Architecture ) , and
2. Have a proven tracking record ( at least 3 projects in urban planning and at least 2 projects in urban design / landscape ) . The expecteddelivery period of the project is from March 2024 to September 2024 .
Consultants after prequalification shall be selected under the selection method based on Quality & Cost Based Selection QCBS ( technical 70 % , financial 30 % )

Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and / or a sub - consultancy , in the case of a joint venture , all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract , if selected . In the case of a Joint Venture , several are required : a power of attomey for the authorized representative of each JV member , and a power of attorney for the representative of the lead member to represent all JV members
