The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received a grant from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation " SDC " towards the cost << Development the Marginalized Communities in West Bank and Gaza » > . This project is located under the umbrella of the << Development of Area C / West Bank » funded by the SDC .
The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) as an implementation agency intends to use part of the grand for the Expansion of Elementary School in Fuqeiqis -Hebron Governorate . "
The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Dora Municipality to payments under the contract for procurement of " Expansion of Elementary School in Fuqeiqis - Hebron Governorate . >> No. SDCII - West Bank - FKS - 01for the benefit of Fuqeiqis Village . 1. Dora Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out Expansion of Elementary School in Fuqeiqis . 2. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement NCB using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " Fourth Edition November 2020 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .
3. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Dora Municipality - Procurement unit , Telefax 022280555- and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from 272024-01- to 242024-02- .
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 100 US Dollar . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Dora Municipality - Procurement unit . The Bidding Documents will be available at Dora Municipality - Procurement unit
6. Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT .
7.A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit , which will be held on Tuesday ( 06-02-2024 ) at 11:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Dora Municipality Building / after finishing site visit at Fuqeiqis Village .
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 5,000 US Dollar and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date .
9. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon at 24-02-2024 . Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noon on 24-02-2024 .
