The Ministry of Health has received funds from Government of Italy . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these grants will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for construction of The CONSTRUCTION , COMPLETION AND MAINTENANCE OF PALESTINE MEDICAL COMPLEX - EMERGENCY -RAMALLAH- PALESTINE .
Central Tendering Department on behalf of Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders certified ( Third Grade or greater ) in ( Building ) . Contractor certificate must be issued and valid from the National Committee for Contractors Classification .
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the same address stated in item 7 below and inspect the bidding documents at the same address stated in item 4 below .
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the CTD office stated in item 9 from Wednesday , 31 / 01 / 2024 to Sunday , 25 / 02 / 2024 and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 200 NIS . The method of payment will be direct bank transfer to Ministry of Finance Revenue account / Ministry of Health in the Bank of Palestine at account No. 219000/53 .
Tenders must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submitting tenders . In exceptional circumstances , the Contracting Authority may , before the validity period expires , request that tenderers extend the validity of tenders for a specific period .
A Pre - bid meeting and site visit shall take place at 11:00 am on Wednesday , 14/02/2024 at Palestine Medical Complex - Ramallah .
Deadline for requesting any clarifications from the contracting authority ( MOH ) on Wedesday , 21/02/2024 and the last date for answering the clarifications will be on Wednesday , 28/02/2024 . Tenderers must provide a tender guarantee of 9,000 EUR when submitting their tender according to tender Guarantee form Volume 1 , Section 3 , and shall be valid from the deadline for submitting tenders ( Sunday , 03/03/2024 ) till ( Monday , 15/07/2024 ) .
Bids must be delivered to the Central Tendering ( CTD ) Office by " 3 Sealed envelopes " according to tender dossier ( Administrative , Technical , and Financial ) shown below on or before 12:00 noon Local time on Sunday , 03/03/2024 .

The budget available for this tender is EUR 495,637 . Tenders exceeding the above available budget will be discarded .
The cost of bid invitation advertisement in national cassette shall be paid by the successful bidder .
