Rehabilitation work at Bethlehem Hospital Mental illness apartments for men and women
IFB No : MOH / RING / 2024 / 112
The Ministry of Health has received funds from Government of Italy . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these grants will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Rehabilitation work at Bethlehem Hospital , Mental illness apartments for men and women .
1. Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders certified ( Fifth Grade or greater ) in ( Building ) . Contractor certificate must be issued and valid from the National Committee for Contractors Classification .
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the same address stated in item 6 below and inspect the bidding documents at the same address stated in item 8 below .
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the procurement unit stated in item 8 and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 NIS .
4. Tenders must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submitting tenders . In exceptional circumstances , the Contracting Authority may , before the validity period expires , request that tenderers extend the validity of tenders for a specific period .
5. A Pre - bid meeting and site visit shall take place at 11:00 am on Monday , 12/02/2024 at Bethlehem Hospital .
6. Deadline for requesting any clarifications from the contracting authority ( MOH ) on Sunday , 18/02/2024 and the last date for answering the clarifications will be on Thursday , 22 / 02 / 2024 . Tenderers with questions regarding this tender should send them in writing to :

7. Tenderers must provide a tender guarantee of 3,000 EUR when submitting their tender according to tender Guarantee form Volume 1 , Section 3 , and shall be valid from the deadline for submitting tenders ( Sunday , 10/03/2024 ) till ( SUNDAY , 30/06/2024 ) . 8. Bids must be delivered to the address below by " 3 Sealed envelopes " according to tender dossier ( Administrative , Technical , and Financial ) shown below on or before 11:00 noon Local time on Sunday , 10/03/2024 . 9. Bids will be opened Administratively and technically only in a public session at 11:00 noon Local time on Sunday , 10/03/2024 at the same address stated in item 8 above .
10. The budget available for this tender is EUR 123,329 . Tenders exceeding the above available budget will be discarded . 11. The cost of bid invitation advertisement in national cassette shall be paid by the successful bidder .
