The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received a grant from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation " SDC " towards the cost << Development the Marginalized Communities in West Bank and Gaza » . This project is located under the umbrella of the « Development of Area C / West Bank » funded by the SDC .
The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) as an implementation agency intends to use part of the grand for the Construction of Expansion of elementary School - Khirbet Al Nahla Wadrahal- Bethlehem Governorate . "
The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Wadrahal Village to payments under the contract for procurement of " Construction of Expansion of elementary School - Khirbet Al Nahla - Wadrahal- Bethlehem Governorate . » . No. SDCII - West Bank - KAN - 01 for the benefit of Wadrahal Village Council .
1. Wadrahal Village now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out " Construction of Expansion of elementary School - Khirbet Al Nahla " .
Funded by : SDC
2. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement NCB using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " Fourth Edition dated November 2020 , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .
3. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents .
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Wadrahal Village Council - Mr. Hamdi Ziyadeh , tel . +972 595202207 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from 062024-02- to 04-03 2024 .
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee 100 US Dollar . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Wadrahal Village Council . The Bidding Documents will be available at Wadrahal Village Council 6. Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT .
7. A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit , which will be held on Saturday ( 242024-02- ) at 10:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Wadrahal Village Council Building / after finishing site visit at Wadrahal Village .
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 7,000 US Dollar and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date .
9. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon at 042024-03- . Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noon on 042024-03- . 10.
