1. BNET FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES is establishing a FIBER CABLES . BNET FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for Supply Fiber Optics Cabels for Jenin & Tubas Areas , the delivery shall be to Jenin city Zababdeh Village , Bnet warehouse .
2. Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures .

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the addresses below . and inspect the Bidding Documents at the addresses given below from 09:00 a.m. -15 : 00 p.m .
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before : Thursday , 7 March 2024 at 12:00 PM . Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend , at both of the addresses below at the same time .
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 5 % of bid price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency valid for 90 days . The Bid Security is to be sealed in a separate envelope within the main sealed bid documents .
